Hi everyone! I have had a long journey with PCOS and irregular periods. My partner and I are currently doing IUI with donor sperm through my RE. I've been on metformin for two years. We tried 100 mg of clomid but still no Ovulation. We finally had a response with 150mg. September was our first cycle to actually do the IUI. With AF apparently taking a detour, or maybe just a vacation, I could hardly believe the BFN! After one long cycle, we are currently on our second cycle - CD17 and looking for someone to talk to! Our parents know we are "undergoing fertility treatment" but after the millions of "How are you feeling? Any news yet?" We decided to not fill anyone in with the specifics this go around.
Last time I had plenty of symptoms - or maybe I just wasn't used to ovulating regularly? This time, not near the symptoms. Some mild cramping here and there, more recently a sore throat and mild congestion. Fingers crossed for a implantation dip in the next few days!
I've been trying to be good with eating right and not over exerting myself, but I'm craving sweets the last few days. Had some frozen yogurt last night and a small bite of cake - with green beans for an afternoon snack today! I must pull it together!!!
Having a ton of lotion like cm the last two days! Temp is still up. My sore throat is gone but unfortunately, I'm coughing uncontrollably. Ive been in a completely different mood these last two days! Ive been laughing and smiling so much at work and at home - I'm like a new person!!!!
Oh well... Ill test Friday and then wait until next Tuesday to retest.
