Ivf March / April

Hey ladies! Thought I'd start a new thread for march/April ivf as that when we are starting ours ttc for almost 3 years laproscopy showed blocked tubes, tubes made patent but still no success 9 months on! Told best option would be ivf around 4 months ago so here we are!! I have a dd who is 8 natural so was never expecting this but feel blessed we have ivf so blessed!! I'm excited and nervous and would love to chat with others who are waiting to start the process too!!

Would love to join you ladies

We are starting our 1st (and fx only) round of ivf with ICSI. I have mild endo and hubby has low morph.

Will start in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks when I get my period. I have stopped tracking my cycles so I don't know what day I am exactly... Haha... definitely less stressful!

We are only allowed to put 1 embie back at my clinic. How many for you Stacey?

Good luck everyone

Stacey, there are 2 types of protocol long and short. Mine is long where they first give you birth control pill to suppress your ovaries (i was given depot shot maybe because of my endo) and then after 1 month they will start with simulation for around 12 to 15 days and then egg retrieval. And 3 to 5 days after ER, the embryo is transferred. I think we will transfer 2 embryos provided I have produced enough.
Sparkle, even I have stopped tracking my cycle. Reduces my headache a lot
