Low count/ motility need help

Hi ladies well me and my oh have been trying 15month so my oh had his sperm tester twice n they've come really low but cause I've already a child n he has we can't get help,on they Nhs but there know way we can afford that so I need help in other way to help I've been told to lose some weight n both need to stop or cut down on smoking but that easy said cause when am stressed I need one lol my test came fine but the they will do a lap to look at my tubes I could sit and

My husband starting taking some vitamins. You can get them from gnc. They have helped a little bit. We have the same problem, that's why we are doing iui. Have you checked into that yet with a fertility dr? Good luck dont stress!

Hi mrsnyfl thank u, I went to today n he never said wot bout iui just that IVF is the only thing he said that we could have am trying not to , what vitamins his he trying?

I am not sure on the exact name but it's a fertility vitamin for sperm quality, it was in the men's vitamin section in gnc. Or you can ask your dr for some samples. I hope everything works out for you
