My DH has a 13yo but he lives in puerto rico w/the mother. they were super young when she got preg, (she was 16 and DH was 21) they broke up before she had the baby so he never really developed a relationship w/him and she didnt make it all that easy for him to either. he sees him every summer when he comes to visit his g-rents. so when we had our DS it was like he was having his 1st.
anyways, about the LH surge.. i think its because the tests are almost at their "do not use after 30day point" that i got the 2nd surge, although im not quite sure now if it was a 2nd..maybe just a really long 1st..cuz when i pulled the test outta the trash half the line had turned really dark!! i cant obsess any more, i am exhausted mentally and its only the first month really ttc!! my DH says just relax and stop thinking bout it and as soon as i do itll happen. all i know is that im SUPER aggrevated ..it doesnt usually happen till about a week before AF but i think im feeling it more this month. he always so calm about everything.

Doing some running around with the hubs today. So I am trying this out on my phone. Yep. This will be DH first. He's 30 and an only child so he really wants a baby. As does the rest of his family.
That sucks not being able to be close to his first son. But that's good he at least gets to see him for the summer. And that's a long ways away! Hell my ex lives 20 min away and it's like pulling teeth trying to get him to take our son. If it conflicts with his "fun" plans then he won't do it. Or take him and then just get a babysitter. Sooo infuriating! I never did like doing opks. Since you have to judge whether or not the line is darker than the other one. I go crazy enough staring at hpts every month trying to look for a line at all! Speaking of HPTs you can get IC (Internet cheapies) I get mine from Amazon. Like 50 of em for $5. Their not free! hey there. i tried to respond earlier but the site was down and wouldnt let me respond. i was pissed to cuz i had written everything and clicked post and it said, site currently under construction and erased everything i had written. smh . im actually gonna try to see if i can do it from my phone tomorrow as well, i will be out most of the day so well see. my phone is not an android powered one but i still have internet, i can do facebook and surf the web and stuff, i just cant have all the fancy apps and everything that the other phones have.

just an update cuz i feel i gotta tell someone..my DH even though supportive doesnt get the whole 2ww and symptom watching etc. like i said above i had NO symptoms at all today, and was feeling pretty normal all weekend aside from the headache and normal pms symptoms. i just got outta the shower and im sitting here online looking up game cheats for DH for his PS3 and i got a SHOOTING PAIN in my ovary/uterus i literally almost jumped outta the chair!! it cont to knawl at me for a good 5mins. my mind DEF didnt make that up! LOL. now i dont know what to do..could it be a good sign or could it be that im ovulating late?? i think we might do a AI tonite even though we havent planned on it as we thought we were in the 2ww but im soooo SCARED to miss my chance! i have NO cm im extremely dry..what do you think???

I had to google most of my abbreviations, there is just so many!! The IC's I had to get cause I was spending so much money! I use a "real" HPT when I get a though, just to be sure. I WISH the doc's office hooked me up with some! But glad I found them so cheap online, they're what the hospital's use so its not like thy're bad or anything.

I'm a little bitchy (but thats probably cause I'm upset the hubbs is leaving.) And of course perfect timing he's sick as a dog, so I am making him stay another night to get some rest. I'm off work all this week so its one more day with him... even IF he's sick, I'll take it!!
I have been off and on tired, but I think that might still be from the hcg shot, I mean, it's like being preggers... but lets just hope its a super early sign. I read some places that your body is tired in the first few weeks cause of the progesterone that is being made. So maybe I am in progesterone OVERLOAD!! No sore bbs, just nipples. Weird... never had that other than when DH plays with a lil too hard :wink: Now that I think about it, I have had this pain in like my upper stomach area, but that could totally just be heart burn or a ulcer (I think one has been forming for a while, damn stress)
Yeah, I am due to "test" on the 7th, but I will test everyday. The shot is still makin that on the hpts, hopefully 2-3 more days and it will be gone and then if a comes up it will be REAL!! Oh this is so our month!! IT WILL HAPPEN!! super sticky jelly beans!

hey there! just checking in w/u to see how you were feeling today?! im so achey all over and the muscles in my stomach are sooo tight, it feels like ive been doing situps. have no clue what that means, prob nothing. im also SUPER gassy, i have been since the weekend. i havent changed anything in my diet or eaten anything to make me that way. it was so bad i had to take some gas-ex..its calmed down a lil..poor DH.. im still getting cramps every now and then but that happens the week before AF. still getting +opks though. i only have 4 left so i decided im just going to use them up since they wont be good anymore in a few days..(the bottle says dont use after 30days) i bought them at the beginning of the month. i found some on amazon..50opks and 10hpts for like 13.95! thats less than what i paid for 2 hpts at the drugstore, plus i usually buy the "answer" brand opk which is 19 something plus tax at walmart! so thanx for the tip on the ICs!

That's so WEIRD!! My muscles, yup nailed it. Like I have been doing sit ups. Almost like hard to relax the muscles. And gassy, check. But I'm lactose intolerant, so thats not really new, but it IS pretty bad today! At least the hubby wont have to deal with it Yes, he JUST left. Like 10 min ago, I needed to get it out other than crying cause it was getting hard to breathe. So thank you for that. I tried to stay awake all night to spend with him (he's been asleep most of the last 2 days, so not like I got to spend much time with him) but I was sooo exhausted. DAMMIT there better be a lil sticky bean in there. One cause its just been SO SO long and 2, I would be THRILLED knowing that there was an end to this living apart thing sooner than 2.5 years. I don't care. I'll steal a baby at this point Even if I don't get preggers. I hope I can find a way out. I already applied for one way, waiting to see what happens.Its so stupid. They have too many people in and are always coming up with ways to kick people out.But me, I've tried like 4 (not joking) FOUR different times to get out, whether a new base or out of the service completely and I get shot down. Yet they are kicking out some of the best people they have, cause they find some obscure reason. And they FIGHT to stay in. It's ridiculous! I mean at one point I LOVED my job. LOVED it. Then got screwed over a few times, wanted out, tried to switch bases. Nothing. And so I have just been trying and trying to get pregnant even MORE harder than before, just to give me a way out. I just wanna be a mommy and support my husband. As well as a few hobby-type things. WHHHEEEW. So as you can see by my rambling, yes I'm a lil bit of a mess. It's 1 in the morning, I just want a big ol drink and can't even do that. I think I am gonna go take a nice hot shower and try to relax. Stress can't help that lil sticky bean stick. Goosfrabba? I doubt I'll get any tonight. And of course, I feel the sore throat comin on. Sigh.
Glad I could help with the IC's they are truly a Godsend to us POASers, I'd be BROKE! Hopefully we get some awesome Symptoms in the next few days. I need a hell of a distraction!
