long protocol drugs? can any one help?

hi All, I have just recieved the drugs today to start my ivf cycle next tuesday and the nurse said there would be all i needed in the delivery but me and my dh have only recieved two small boxes of 5ml each burselin and about 25 vials of menopour, one already loaded injection of something else and numerous progesterone pessaries! i'm confused, surely we'd need more than two vials of burselin if i'm supposed to inject it for 2 weeks or more :-S

i've gone crazy with all this now

I didn't use burselin so i can't help sorry but I would ring the clinic asap in case there has been a mistake, especially coz it is a bank holiday this weekend!

i know

i only got the delivery this evening and that was at 6pm, the clinic is now shut until tuesday! lol they havnt explained much to me really so i'm a bit confused

It sounds about right hun, you start your down reg with buserelin but you only use a small amount, I think I had about 3 or 4 bottles of it though so as long as you have enough to get you through until the clinic opens. You'll then start your stimms which is usually 3-4 vials per injection for around 10 days and then the pre filled syringe sounds like your trigger which you do before egg collection. Have you had your needle teach yet they should go through it all with you then xxx
