seeking advice - follicles are not growing

Looking for some advice and trying to educate myself as well......

I've been going through cycle monitoring this month with a fertility specialist.

On cd4, 11 and 14 I went in for ultrasounds and blood work. I also had my HSG test on cd11 and everything came back looking good. When I went in on cd14 the nurse said that my follicles aren't growing and my lining is still thin. They didn't want to see me anymore for this cycle and I was to book in with the DR so that he could go over all my results, including my DH SA.

I'm afraid that something is wrong that she can't tell me and has to come from the DR. She put me on thyroid medication but said that the rest of my blood work came back looking great.

Has anyone else been thru this and know what I might expect the DR to say?

I got a big thyroid problem, and until I got it under control, they wouldn't let me start my IVF cycle. Also, drink pomegranate juice for lining, it works wonders for many.
