CoQ-10

For those of you who are taking CoQ-10, can you please let know, if this was recommended by your doctor, if so, what is the reason, and what dosage?

I have not been told to take it by my RE and I've read that it can have an adverse effect, if not recommended. I did also read however that it can improve egg quality. My FSH and AMH level came back within normal range. Since trying to conceive for almost 2 years I thought anything can help.

I am hesitate on taking them, if not recommended. Please let me know your thought/opinions. Thank you!

My oh takes it and it did improve his sperm morphology after two months of taking them. And yes, our RE prescribed it for him.
