My lo is going through hell this past week with her teeth. If she has meds she sleeps through but every night is a fight to get her down. She used to go down awake, fuss and moan for 5 mins and then went to sleep. Now the moans escalate until shes actually crying. When I go in and lift her she thrashes about in my arms for ages before cuddling in and going to sleep. Anyone else's lo more clingy when teething? I love the cuddles but don't want to create a problem...
Sure its just teething? You could be experiencing the 4 month sleep regression.....My LO fought sleep tooth and nail during it (I say that like its over, he now just wakes every sleep cycle but at least he goes to sleep ok in the first place - grasping at the positive straws!)
EDIT: Sorry ignore all that, I see she is a lot older! I saw the 4 month bit in your Sig.
Bumping my own thread as today and yesterday she has been awful! Won't let me set her down, screams when I put her in her pram for her nap. When she's having her bottle she's stopping and shoving her hands in her mouth, even eith pain relief. Do teething babies get this clingy?im worried it's something else.
My LO is teething and we've had a nightmare the last couple of days. Last night he was awake for 2 hrs 40 mins from 2am because he'd woken up in pain and yesterday and today he's going through phases of being happy and playful only to be screaming in pain a few minutes later. I think I've got a way to go before we see any teeth though.
