Our baby boy is a little over a month old and whenever we put him down (because my arms do get tired from carrying him all day) he's happy for maybe a couple minutes and then starts to cry. Since I am against letting him "cry it out" at such a young age he ends up back in my arms. Is this just a phase he is going through that will eventually change?
On a sidenote, he is good about being put to bed at night (he sleeps in his crib in his own room) and although we have the odd night where he cries and is wide awake he is a decent sleeper.
Enjoy it, I made the most of it and I'm glad I did, my lo is such a wiggle worm now. If your arms are getting too tired you could get a baby carrier my suggestion would be a wrap or ring sling for this. Enjoy your lo.
I am going through this at the moment, so I have ordered a sling! Still waiting for it to be delivered so I can't say yet if it's helped or not,but hopefully this will allow me to get on with things around the home.
