Hey guys, just trying to get prepared for Elijah's 6-9month wardrobe, just checking if there is anything that you ladies think are a must have for his collection? Also any other tips for what to have for a 6-9month old boy?
i agree with tights instead of socks as he tries to eat socks. There are also loads of funky baby leggings on ebay which are really cheap but much more comfortable than jeans (which restrict his movements). Overall bibs are useful too.
I'd personally (although I have a girl) go for lots of layers to adjust depending on the sodding indecisive weather, and separates since between teething drool and weaning we can be onto top number 3 or 4 by noon! My little girl's in masses of trousers and different t-shirts from the charity shop most of the time at the moment. I put cardigans and coats over the top according to how the weather is - oh and hats and gloves, particularly all those cute ones that they're liable to refuse to wear when they get a bit older... get the future boy/girlfriend embarrassment photos done while you can! (Little boys get such cuter hats than little girls as a general rule - we've been rocking a Rudolph hat with furry antlers and ears for the last month - sod it being more of a boy's hat - it's cute!)
