How many Ounces is your baby taking?

Theo is taking 5oz roughly every 3 hours, sometimes he can go longer....

Is this roughly the right amount for his age (4weeks, 6 days), and do I feed him every 3 hours or feed him on demand? Is he too young to be fed on demand or can you do it from any age...

It's been 5 whole years since my lil girl was a baby, so i'm learning all over again

My LO has just moved to 5 oz every 4 hours, I keep her 4 hourly (when she doesnt scream at me for it before - rare though) in the day, and let her go as long as she does in the night. Total before I just moved her was 20oz a day, now 25 ish. Don't know if that helps, think the SMA tub (i know only a guide) says 4 weeks should have 4 oz x 6 a day = 24?

Harry is only taking 5oz now - and that's at a push. Most of the time it's 4oz. That's every 3 hours.

Phoenix is taking 3-4 oz every 2-3 hours. Somestimes if we're out and he's sleeping he'll go longer between feeds.

Oscar is on between 6-7 oz's every 3 hours (ish) in the day but he misses a few at night, I wouldnt worry too much about it though all babies are different, If he wanted feeding every 2 hours in the daytime that would be fine by me the more you can get in in the day seems to set them up to go through the night, nearly 5 years for me too as you already know, amazing how you forget!! he's thriving hun so your definitly doing something right! xxx

amy takes 8oz every 3-4 hours xx

Baya has 4oz every 2 hours or so in the day time. She only feeds once in the night (between 10 and 7) and that's usually only 2oz or so!

Meadow has 5oz every 3-4 hours during the day. sometimes 6oz. doesnt have night feeds. prob has about 30oz of milk in 24 hours

Dylan has 6oz every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs and a 7oz bottle before bed then sleeps right through. I tried upping his oz so he would go longer but he's having none of it!
