Sounds like you've found her sweet spot then! My LO goes about 2 hours in the morning, but her awake time is longer after that - usually 3 hours in the afternoon and sometimes even 4 hours before bed! I do find that naps have gotten easier/longer as she's able to be awake for more time. I think she's trying to transition from three to two naps right now and I'm not quite sure if I should "let" her. How many naps does your LO take? I see ours are about the same age

Hey I remember you commented on a thread of mine before when I was stressed out about naps hehe. Its all settled down now finally!

Well it was 3, but the last 2 days its been 2! Shes woken up at 730am, nap about 10-11, then another nap half 2ish- 4/430 then bed at 730! Its crazy, last night she went to sleep within 1 min of being put down and slept 12 hours straight!

How about your little one? Maybe try giving the 2 naps a go, worked really well for me. First night shes ever slept 12 hours!! (brought her bedtime forward) x

Stalking! I think we're dropping a nap but it has freaked me out a bit sometimes when she seems to be awake ages. Never know if when she's fighting sleep she's under or over tired.

We WERE at 2.5 hours consistently - sometimes when he woke up at 7:00am, he would have 2 two hour naps which was LOVELY...
Now he's sick...waking at 5:30 (if we're lucky) and taking 3-4 20-30min naps

ughhh

My baby is usually awake for 5-6 hour stretches. She will have a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon and then sleeps about 8 hours straight at night.

That's awesome! Sometimes you have to play around a little to find what works for them. My LO wakes around 6:30am and usually naps 8:30am-10:00am and 12:30pm-2:00pm or 2:30pm. She sometimes naps around 3:30pm/4:00pm, but it varies and that nap is usually short.

I think Charlotte is definitely trying to drop that 3rd nap. She's been sleeping better than ever these past few days and I'm hopeful! Not quite 12 hours yet, but I hope to follow in your footsteps soon

Lilly usually goes 2-3 hours but occasionally four, like today. Lol, but I agree, much easier to put her down for naps/bedtime when she's been up longer.

Oh, and she has two naps a day.

LO generally needs to go down after 2 hours of waking time. She starts to melt down if she goes longer than that. Her naps are generally around an hour. She'll have 2-3 naps a day depending on what time she wakes up and how long her naps are
