When they spit up? Rocco has always done this. I have to say it was quite disturbing the first time I saw it, but for him it's pretty normal. It either trickles out his nose, trickles out his mouth, or both. Sometimes he let's out a little snort and a chunk of milk will shoot out his nostril. Lol it never ever seems to bother him or be painful but my mother saw it happen once and thinks I need to mention it to the pediatrician because she can't remember any of us (4 kids) doing it. Does your baby do this??
Yep us too - usually only happens with the more violent burps but it has happened a few times. It usually scares him poor little thing, but I don't think its dangerous. Ears, nose and throat are all connected aren't they, so I guess it just escapes any way it can! (Although I would imagine if it comes out of his ears that's NOT normal!!! LOL!!)
Yeah everything is connected. I actually heard milk can come out of their eyes too! Now THAT would freak me out!!
I did see a guy on tv once that shot milk out of his eye. Lol I guess the tear ducts are connected too. Ewwww
