Yes but be careful it's well maintained and the chemicals have been added correctly. When ours goes up for the summer I'll have lo in it but then I make sure the chemicals are done correctly (high enough to control bacteria but not high enough to mess up his skin)
I'll be setting ours at 38 as the top llayer of water is cooler than the bottom where the pump inlet/outlet is. Make sure you have an independent thermometer floating around too in case the pump is out by a degree it two
