How do you keep cow's milk warm

Just wondering how to keep my DD cows milk warm for about 5 hours. We brought a thermos flask but there was a warning not to put babies milk inside as it breads bacteria, I gather by babies milk they mean formula but ever since I read this ive got a niggling doubt they mean cow's milk aswell, I could just put it in one of her bottles and heat it up and put it in a thermos bag to keep it warm but im worried that will bread bacteria aswell. What does everyone else do?

I'd just take a carton of UHT milk, an empty bottle, an old plastic cup and fill your thermos flask with boiling water. Then at feed time pour the milk into the bottle, pour the boiling water into the cup and sit the bottle in the water until it's warm. I personally wouldn't keep milk warm for more than an hour or two.
