My daughter usually eats lunch at 11am but sometimes we do activities during that time. On non activities days we do snack 9am and lunch 11am. On activity days, we have been doing 'lunch' 9/10am (before activity) and snack 12/1pm (after activity). It seems weird but works out to have a larger meal before the activity because otherwise she's starving.

I wouldn't even give it a second thought, the whole breakfast lunch dinner thing isn't set in stone and shouldn't make any difference to her wellbeing.

My son does the same. I just give it to him when he wakes after 1ish
