Ok....I know everyone says every LO is different etc etc but at 6weeks and 4days old is polishing off a FULL 9oz bottle normal??!! Coz thats what this little torture on my knee has just done and he looks pretty darn happy about it! Im beginning to think he has a bottomless pit for a stomach you can never blooming fill it!
If he's happy and you are happy then just go with it honey! Sounds like a great feeder you have there. If it becomes a struggle in that he is taking it every 2 hours or so then maybe think about the hungry milk but if you are happy then great!
hahaha maybe our boys come form the planet hungry or something, niall is the same honey has been since birth - he was on 6oz every 2/3 hours has now settled down to 4 9oz bottles per day and a 5oz top up at night. The hungry baby milk has helped him settle between feeds too. I've also started to give him half a rusk at lunch time as he's still hungry...but seriously where do you go from 9oz I've been wondering if they make bigger bottles???
maybe its a boy thing, cause my little lad is the same! he takes 7 oz bottles avery 4 hours during the day and then at nite takes 9 0z of the hungrier milk!! he is a savage! he is 10lb at the moment!
i remember with my girls tho it was a struggle to get 4 or 5 oz into them at this stage! haha.. i wouldnt be worried hun, if he is a hungry baby you have to feed him! and it would be worse if he wasnt feeding!
