best teething gel?

I'm currently using bonjela but I find it is doing nothing whatsoever to bring any relief. Has anyone tried anything different that has really made a difference?

Hyland's Homeopathic Teething Gel. This is what was said about it on their site:

"We're pleased to introduce a new and improved version of Hyland's Teething Gel in a paraben-free preservative base! This formula - containing the same active ingredients found in Hyland's Teething Tablets - provides parents with an easy-to-use, all-natural topical application to soothe the pain, restlessness and irritability due to infant teething.

Hyland's Teething Gel formula is now available in a new 0.5 oz. tube, offering you 50% more product at the same low price!

The first and only all-natural teething gel on the market, this homeopathic formula contains no benzocaine. No sugar. No artificial flavoring. No dyes or coloring agents. No Parabens. Just 100% natural, effective treatment - the only product like it on the market."

To me the more natural the better.
