Sleeping Advice Needed

My LO is 13 weeks and in the last couple of weeks has stopped wanting his feed at 2/3am but he still wakes up whimpering (if thats how you spell it!) wanting his dummy or rocking back to sleep. He also constantly rubs his eyes which is waking him and keeping him awake but thats another battle!!

I dont know what to do because I spend from 2am - 6 rocking him back to sleep on and off - so im tired out now!! Anyone got any advice on how i can get him to sleep longer and deeper? Im thinking of giving him an small feed just to get him back off to sleep again for more than 30 mins!!??

Any advice would be bril xx

Omar kept waking up, & struggling to go back to sleep for the past 3 days. I feed on demand, but never thought he might be hungry. Yesterday I gave him an extra 4 oz bottle (1 hr after his night feed) when he was doing so, & he drained the bottle then slept through for 9 hrs straight without struggling or waking up for an extra feed.

I sometime forget he's growing up & needs me to up his bottles

Could you try swaddling? This may help him stay asleep longer as he won't wake himself up with his hands

I stopped swaddling his arms when he was 2 wks old, he always managerd to free his arms. Instead of calming him, it used to make him more fuzzy
