Its pretty hard to keep a baby awake but you can try slowly moving her day forward bit by bit.

Sounds like she has day and night mixed up. We kept the house bright and had normal noise during the day and at night very quite and calm. It may take a while but she will cotton on soon enough

While she might have day and night mixed up, you won't do her any favors letting her get tired during the day. Babies aren't like us and sleep begets sleep. In other words, they will sleep better at night if they have slept/napped well during the day and are well rested.

During the day, keep it light, and go about making whatever day to day noise is usual. Vacuum, run the dishwasher, have the radio or the tv on etc. Come night time dim the lighting and keep it quieter. You can help her by establishing a bedtime routine. The time you put her to bed right now matters less than the ritual you create that will cue her that it's night and time for bed. When you give her night feeds, keep it as dark as you can get away with and quiet. Don't talk to he or play with her and avoid eye contact or anything that may excite her. It might seem mean but it's not really. It's just another part of helping her understand the difference between night and day. If mummy is boring then sleep seems like a good idea!

Give her time. She'll get it.

babies need to learn the difference between night and day so in the day play with them lots lol and keep your house bright and dont feel you have to be quiet when they have their nap in the day set a bedtime routine such as playtime, warm bath, warm bottle, cuddles, then put them top bed in a dark quiet room all babies go through phases but it wont stay like this forever try and cut her day time naps by waking her up so that she will sleep better in the night

I have the same thing with Joel, his only 2 weeks but sleeps all day and is hard to settle in the night. I let him sleep as much as he wants during the day, his so tiny, as long as his feeding well and has dirty nappies i try not to worry xxx

you cant really keep a baby awake when they want to sleep...tbh. i agree the better they sleep in the day the better they sleep at night.
It will help to keep things normal in the day.. light and noise going on then in the night keep lights dim and keep noise down... she should pick up night and day.. just keep going.. i know its hard but one day soon she will be sleeping in the night
