baby acne

so all of my kids have gotten "baby acne" around 2-3 weeks old. meira is the same. her face looks like she has some horrible rash. is there anything i can do to get rid of it faster. she's had it for a week now and we are going to a wedding this weekend so i want it to clear up by then.

How severe is it? My daughter has a smattering of spots on her chin. They don't look nice but I don't think they're anything serious otherwise the doctor would have said something about it.

it pretty bad. it covers most of her forehead and around her eyes. i hate it, i'm always afraid that someone will think she has a horrible disease.

my HV told me to slap on Drapolene nappy cream (u can buy it from boots) all over her face after every nappy change. she said it can be used all over which is what we did. cleared up the acne and all her dry skin in under a week x
