i use adult as the hv said its better they get used to the taste when there young so it doesnt become an issue when there older. x

As long as its 1000pm+ (or whatever - it gives the no at the back of the tube - think most toothpastes are anyway!)

And remember dont rinse mouth out with water afterwards, paint the paste on like paint - thats what my dentist told me
