Lochia, sorry may be tmi!

Can lochia return weeks after stopping? For me it stopped at 6 weeks pp (i'm now 18 weeks pp), I had a normal period and then waited till my next period before going back on the pill. My period came, I started my pack of pills, bled for 4 days, thought that was it, then a week later started getting some brownish discharge like the end of a period, its been going on for a week now and has also been pinkish at times too. I mentioned this to the nurse when I saw her the other day and she didn't seem bothered, but its starting to worry me a bit now. Does this sound normal? Do you think its just my body settling back to a routine with the periods etc? Could it be a result of going back on the pill?
Thanks for reading x

I can't talk from experience, but I should imagine it's just AF settling back into a normal pattern, as well as starting the pill. Apparently, having a baby can "reset" your periods, and your first few can be a bit all over the place. If the nurse doesn't seem concerned I wouldn't worry too much, but you could always book an appointment with your GP to double check. Better to be safe than sorry!
