Today maggie suddenly started screaming today. She seems fine and smiling then suddendly screams in pain with tears streamimg down her face. Ive just cut her gaviscon in half(we self diagnosed gaviscon doc just went along with it) any idea what it couzd be or anyone else experienced this? Also.shes hardly drinking i had to rock her to sleep tonight which ive not had to do in months!
Teething? Omar has been doing this since last night. I thought it was ear infection as he was pulling his ear while crying, & took him to the Dr. He told me it's teething. He doesnt have teeth yet. He seems ok & playing & laughing as usual but he stops all of a sudden & starts crying with tears. Last night he also woke up several times crying with tears & he looked in pain. He's not frm the crying type this is why I knew sth was hurting him.
ETA: He's also off his bottles as I guess sucking increases the pain xx
Sounds like teething pains to me. Maya's been doing this quite a bit lately and she's just cut her first tooth! You could try giving her some Bonjela or Teetha or something similar and see if it helps.
this has just started happening to my LO over the past few days... she is fine/goes to sleep then wakes herself up proper screaming in pain with tears streaming down her face (the only other time she has cried like this was after her vaccinations)
she also seems harder to get wind up so it might be related?
I was wondering if it was to do with teething? x
Skye was like that the other day. Fine one minute, then screaming her head off the next. After a while of giggling/rocking she did an almighty burp, followed by a few small ones, and was completely fine!
I think she just had some very trapped wind. She is teething too, so it could be related.
Sounds similar to your LO. Hope she's okay, it's awful when they scream
