Just curious really to see how much weight everyone put on during pregnancy and how much you lost after and how long it took?
I was 8 1/2st pre pregnancy and went up to 11st When I left the hospital I was 10st and then about a week later down to 9st, which I was very suprised by! I still have another 1/2st to go but feel very lucky to have lost so much already, I putting it down to having a very poor appetite ever since! Also is it normal to not really fancy food after pregnancy?
I only managed to put on 26 lbs during my pregnancy and lost all but 5 lbs by 5 weeks. I lost those 5 lbs over the next 2 months and then continued to lose another 7lbs by 6 months. I've finally managed to put 2 lbs back on and am hoping to gain back the extra weight I lost over the next couple months. I may be one of the only ladies who's actually trying to gain weight because I think I'm too skinny.
Right well after I had her, within 2 weeks I was about 5lbs lighter than before I fell pregnant. (At 39 weeks pregnant I was a stone and a half heavier than pre-preg, so must've all been baby, water, blood, placenta).
Since August 2nd I have lost a further 2 stones. So I am 2.5stones less than pre-preg more or less.
I was 8 and a half stone too pre pregnancy and a size 10. I went up to 11 stone 10!!! I then lost a bit quite quickly, putting me to 10 stone 4. Ive struggled since then and now weigh 9 stone 6 and a size 12. Im dieting to get rid of the rest and am hoping its not gonna take too long now. With my 1st child though, it took about 6 months to get back to a size 8. My LO is 3 months old btw. x
I had really bad morning sickness during my pregnancy. Started at 12 and a half stone and was down to 10 by 6 months! Was back up to 11 stone when I came out of the hospital after having Gaby, is there anyone else that can say they weighed less at the end of pregnancy than at the beginning? But now back up to 12 and a half! I enjoy food so much now because of really not eating while pregnant! Need to start dieting soon tho!
I put on about 21lbs during pregnancy and 10 days after I gave birth I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight. About 5 weeks later I was a stone lighter than I was before I got pregnant and I have stayed at this weight (just over 8 1/2 stone)
