Matthew always had this, accompanied by hiccups, he has silent reflux after meals too, if I were you I would just try and keep his head raised and if he seems uncomfortable or you are worried at all contact your gp or hv x
my lo has little spit ups between feeds -milky ones and the clear watery ones you describe when lying down, sometimes i notice when shes lying down and im changing her nappy.
Her spit ups never bother her so i never thought she had reflux, she might make a funny face when something comes up but isnt uncomfrtable, so i havent mentioned it to the doc or hv... Most babies have this without being the more painful 'acid reflux' im sure your lo is fine if they are uncomfy though speak to the doc x
