Small dummies

Hi

We didnt really want to give lo a dummy but over the last few weeks she has started sucking her hand and has managed a couple of times to suck her thumb. We would rather give her a dummy than suck her thumb so when we see her sucking her hand we try to distract her or if that doesn't work give her a dummy.
The trouble is the dummy seems too big on the outside and leaves little red marks on her nose and chin. We've got the Avent newborn ones that have cut out bits for the nose and chin but their still too big. I've been round the shops comparing dummies but they all look bigger than the ones we have.
Does anyone know where we can get some small dummies or will we have to wait until her face grows?

Thanks

I think MAM do an extra small one, they have all their dummies on their website.

We started using the Avent newborn dummies too - same reason too Would rather wean dd off a dummy than have a thumb-sucker lol! I've tried a few brands of dummy, the mothercare newborn ones are really good (plus they're orthodontic) and they are a bit smaller than Avent x

We used the MAM ones too with Sofia, bought a couple this time just in case for the new baby. Never had any marks from them and she was born weighing 5lbs so very small.

We use the mam tiny ones for Abi, she went down to under 5lb after she was born and all others were too big for her face and she used to gag but the mam are perfect!
