Specks of blood in baby vomit

Hi, Leyla is 10 weeks old today, we,ve had a bit of fussing with Leyla not taking feeds the dr suspects she may be lactose intolerent. she is on reduced lactose milk now and colief which is working a treat. Thing is i dont use the colief at night theres no way baby will wait 1/2 an hour for her feed and shes not regular at night with her feeds so i cant pre plan to wake before shes hungry. the past 3 mornings when shes been sick after her feeds (shes on gaviscon) and its been speckled with old blood only 3/4 dots the size of a pin head. she has a cold at the moment, could this be down to the cold?

She has probably burst blood vessels with coughing/being sick, which is quite common. I would still go to the GP though, to be sure.

I would get it checked out Hun but at least it's old blood. But if it changes to fresh bright red blood I would get her to see dr asap!
