I want to learn to sign without classes

Anyone know of any good books or DVD's to learn baby sign /makaton?
I have the Dave Benson Phillips DVD, and often look at Mr Tumble on you tube (does he do a DVD?), but does anyone know of anything else?

The reason I say without classes, is that all the classes in my area are full at the moment - I will keep asking each term.

(*small rant alert) I'm also annoyed at this because a friend of mine has a place in the classes (has done for a couple of terms now) but admits that she doesn't bother to sign at home except for 'No' as she (in her own words) 'can't really be bothered'. I kind of feel she would be better going to a free Rhyme Time class at her local library, and give her place to someone who really wants to learn to sign with their baby (*rant over)

I do ASL with DS. It's slightly different than some British signs but I am just teaching DS basics like 'more' and 'all done', etc.

I found mine by just doing a google search and looking at You Tube. I don't think you could learn much more in classes than you can do on your own if you're consistent.

Have you looked into Singing Hands? They were featured a few times on 'Something Special' and they have a website and I think some DVDs as well.
