heavy bleeding after c section

so almost 3 weeks ago i had a section. I've been having light discharge until I went to the toilet this morning, my bathroom floor was covered in blood, so here I am in hospital, and they don't know what's wrong with me! and of course i miss my baby badly

So sorry this has happened! I'm a c-sectioner too, it's a really hard road. I ended up with a massive infection at 2 weeks. I'm glad your in hospital and hopefully they will get it figured out quickly and you'll be back with your little one in no time.

I was the same hun, about 4 weeks it it was like I was heamorragging, was absolutely everywhere but turned out just to be my period. Mine was the same the next two months and is getting back to normal.
Hope yours turns out to be just this and you get back to your bubba really soon

Sorry to hear you are going through this. That happened to me too, i was sat on the loo pouring out with blood and clots for a long time, this happened twice and we had the emergency doc out. for me i had an infection which took two lots of antibiotics to clear up, and also suspected retained products.
Hope u get better soon and get home to see your baby x

this happened to me in sainsburies after my c section it was horrible!

suddenly felt really lightheaded and touched my jeans and the blood had soaked through and i nearly passed out

so scary as well

This happened to me in the very beginning when I was still at the hospital. But it had only been like 2 days since my c section so they said it was normal. It was a bit alarming though! It would just pour out of me like a faucet! Very scary. I hope you can get home soon and I hope all is ok!

I was the same and it was my period too. I also had an infection inside which was awful and very painful. Hope you get well soon. xxx
