'Huggies Pure' wipes not so pure

I feel soooooooooo bad! This morning, LO had his breakfast all over his face and the cotton wool was all upstairs, so i grabbed a few huggies pure baby wipes and wiped his face with that. Now his face and chin are bright red, redder than Ive ever seen them and i found this online:

http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/baby-bath/hu...wipes/1155939/

I think those stupid wipes are definately the cause. Just wanted to warn other mommies.

these might be ok : http://www.naty.com/uk/Products/tabi...9/Default.aspx
I use the nappies occasionally when I get to Waitrose - very good nappies, come up a bit small but very good.

I used Huggies pure and i have never had any prbs, but Johnsons pink wipes brought Mollie and Katie out in a red rash.

I use these on Macy and don't have a problem with them, I'm pretty sure they have less chemicals than normal wipes. I "air" her bum once a day after her bath while she lies on her tummy without a nappy and every couple of days I put some sudocream on. I would use cotton wool and water but her poos are so bad it'd be impossible! xx

Ive never had a problem with these wipes on his bum. He's never had any nappy rash, ever. His face must be a lot more sensitive. Poor little guy! I would probably had blamed it on teething and never had known if his chin weren't bright red as well!

Huggies pure - have used them and they don't give Ruby a a rash but they just rip in half as they come out of the packet!

I agree with whoever said that Sainsburys little ones are good, as they are paraben free!
