Well she could have been more sensitive about it hun. Personally I wouldn't say anything at all if I were her. My niece is 22lbs at 1 year and my son is already 18lbs. After my sister told me about my nieces weight I'm never going to bring it up again. My neice is just very petite but she's completely healthy and everything and that's what matters the most. x

21 pounds at a little over 7 months is chunky?

No I don't think it is at all I think it's just about the differences in weight between their two babies.
