How long from sending off the forms did it take for you to hear back from them?

Apparently i didn't exist funnily enough! So it took 16 weeks, but do get on to them after 3-4 weeks if you haven't heard anything

I waited 4 weeks then called them. It was a good job I did as my application was put on the back burner because I hadn't filled in my CB ref although I didn't have it at the time of completing the form as I put my claims in together. Guy in the phone said if I hadn't of called up I'd have been waiting weeks for them to contact me as they process claims that are complete and correct. After I called the £ went in a week later. Call them if you feel it's been a while as if there is a problem with ur form it will be ages x
