Help what do i do - 14m old has extra teeth growing behind front teeth

Hi All.

Though Harriet had oral thrush went to put some cream on but its hard and now i have a better look its actually a tooth.

To visualize it for you to 2 front teeth basically she now has another tooth growing at a 90 degree angle to the middle edge of the right tooth which is now forcing that edge out at an angle as the other tooth comes down.

I called the health visitor but they have not called me back.

Harriets not in any pain my concern is that if this tooth comes down shes going to end up biting her self and it will force the front tooth out and when her adult teeth grow down she will need braces to get the tooth back in line

Has anyone had experience of this what do i do??

Loopy

thanks all i am lucky that there is a local hospital nearby which has a specialist emergency dentist unit but you cant just walk in you have to get refereed my dentist said to take her there but i need to call first to make sure they know its a child comming in and they have the specialist staff in as its not an emergency i might get an appointment for when they are all available.

It looks like a milk tooth but hard to tell at the angle i can see it at.
