Baby top teeth - how long did it take them to come through?

Slightly concerned about Ol's teeth though I'm not sure whether I should be or not.

His bottom two took around two weeks to come through but he's had his top two a few weeks now and they're still very small. I'm now starting to wonder whether they are actually just small teeth or if it's normal for them to take longer to come through. They caused him much more pain than the bottom two.

So ladies, how long did it take for your LOs?

They also have a massive gap in between them, which I don't mind as I think it's so cute!

Ooh i'm glad he's not alone! If he does turn out to have tiny short gappy teeth at least there will be others he can talk to

Baby teeth are ridiculously cute. Though I would prefer if his were normal sized I don't mind the gappy stubs!

Skye's over 11 months but still only has her 2 bottom teeth!

I'm starting to think she's only going to have 2 until her adult teeth come through

Clarissa's bottom two took about a week each and didn't cause her much pain. That was in late February, early March. Two weeks ago I realised she is teething again, this time her top four. Fast forward to today and only the right two are out (middle right and the one next to it). It looks kind of funny because I expected the middle two to come out first before the ones next to them popped. Still, it's funny in a cute kinda way.

And yes, the top are truly a pain. A fortnight ago I rushed her to the emergency room because her temperature was 38.3 and raising despite the paracetamol I had given her. I was scared she had malaria after our Easter weekend away, but luckily, that was not the case just teething. I'm positively sure another tooth will come out this week.

That said, I have realised that all babies are different. Gabriel started teething about a week ago (bottom two) and they still haven’t popped. He was in a worse state then all of Clarissa’s teething pain put together and had diarrhea, fever, cough, blocked nose and was throwing up everything he ate. So terrible was his condition that I spent a night with him in hospital last week Tuesday.

Oh your poor babies! Sounds like they've both suffered so badly with teething

Wish all their teeth could come at once so it's over and done with!
