The Wonder Weeks - this will save your sanity!!

Hi,

I have found a lifesaver - before this week I hadn't even heard of it and now I keep seeing things about it everywhere.

If you are struggling to understand why your baby suddenly changes personality at certain times, you have to get this book or iPhone app! It tells you about the developmental leaps that all babies make at certain ages and warns you of when the next leap is due and how the baby will suddenly start behaving. It goes from the baby's official due date rather than its actual birth date as the development goes from the full term date.

I didn't buy the book as the iPhone app suits me better as it's much quicker to refer to. The app is brilliant!! So easy to use and I cannot believe how completely accurate it is - everything it says reflects exactly what is happening to my 11 week old at the moment!

I can't recommend the whole Wonder Weeks thing enough; I was reading about what will happen during his next leap and I feel so relieved that I know what to look out for. The combination of how he will start behaving in two weeks time would have sent me running to the health visitor thinking he was ill

Hope this helps some of you!

Vee

I totally agree, it's probably the best purchase I have made as a parent!!

I got it during the four month sleep regression when I hadn't slept for a week and couldn't work out why my happy and sleepy baby had suddenly become a screeching mess.

I'd recommend it to anyone!

I can only find the Wonder Weeks page - is that the same thing? I can't see a suggested group. Might be cos I'm looking on my phone instead of on the laptop?
