Developmental checks by HV - Page 2

First week, 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 8-10 weeks, 3-4 months, 5-7 months, 9-12 months, 15-18 months, 2-3 years, 5 years.

I hated all the early checks, they were done by my midwife and we didn't get along at all well!

Hv came at 3 weeks, 6 weeks and the next visit will be 8 months but I can see him at baby clinics or ring him.

Lo was seen about 3/4 weeks old and had his 8/9 month check up yesterday......but i take him to get weighed every 4 weeks and you can see the HV there if you have any questions or concerns.

We have developmental checks every month til 1 year old, then at 18 months then once a year til school age

I think it depends on the area you live tbh and how many people they have available to do home visits. I was seen in the early weeks as normal but about 3 times as there were issues with his hearing test and then she is coming when he is 3months old, not sure when after that though?

Only check ever was at 6 weeks.

Yikes,my hv is still coming weekly! In fact she's coming today to see us...
