Amber teething necklace/anklet..............

Hi
Ive been looking at getting one just to see if it helps as really dont want to keep giving DS nurofen for children or calpol products if i dont need to.
There are so many different amber teething necklace websites so can anyone recommend where to buy one from please????
Also whats the difference in the varying colours of beads???

i got mine off of ebay. i read that the lighter the amber the more powerful it is. not sure if that is true but ds has a pale one and it has worked a treat, took it off him the other week and now he has started cutting his last 4 teeth and has been right grumpy. i remembered he didnt have it on, put it on him last night and today he has been a different boy.

i got mine from dino daisy. im glad u posted about this actually cos i lost the little card it comes with,does anyone know if you are supposed to do anything to them before ur lo wears it?

Absolutely LOVE ours. Similarly, we had had enough of giving teething gel, calpol etc. Since we put it on he's just changed dramatically. He's gone from always crying, chewing his bottom lip and going through a bib every 30 minutes because of dribbling to just nothing.

The colours make no difference, it's just preference.

You don't have to do anything before they wear it.

We have the necklace on during the day and swap over to an anklet at night time because I don't feel comfortable leaving him all night with it.

Also check what the fastening is. Two of the beads on ours screw together, but you can get magnetic ones which I felt would have come off easier and been more of a choking hazard.

We got ours from www.amber-teething-necklaces.co.uk love the product and I felt the price was good, but it didn't come from the UK and took a good couple of weeks to come. Think it was from Lithuania in the end.

Best thing I've bought for our LO, she's cut 3 teeth with no problems. We got the necklace from Amber Pumkin, I double it and put it on her ankle over night under a sock
