I have an ergo, I LOVE it. I never leave home without it. My son is 33 pounds and I use it no problem

Ok I have had so many slings and out of the 6 I have owned I like 1 and that is the ERGO.

I had a bjorn and while it was ok as a tiny baby it was really bad for babies hips and groins, not too mention no back support unless you buy the super expensive one.

I had a baby buddha and it was ok for newborns but once baby got to about 10lb the material was just too stretchy and I felt that baby would fall out so I kept re tieing it over and over.

I had a woven wrap which I liked but no matter who many times I watched the instructional videos and read the booklets I could not get it to sit right and never felt comfortable with baby in it. I really need a pro to show me how to do it properly.

I discovered the ERGO when my son was about 7 months old and then wore him constantly. It is a little bulky but its very supportive, I feel that my shoulders and back are protected and I can still wear him in it and he is almost 3 and 35lb.. if I wear him in the back carry position. I cannot put it on myself in this position which is the drawback.

I wear my daughter in it too and wore her as a day old newborn in there. I did buy an infant insert but didn't like that so much so just wrapped her in a big blanket and popped her inside and it works a treat.

It washes well, and has lasted great.

Totally remcommended.
