I Think it will be quite difficult to enjoy yourselves with baby with you. We intend to go when lyla is about 4/5, so that they can both enjoy themselves.
I personally wouldn't consider Florida until they are much older. Possibly when lyla is at least 10, but probably older, simply because they need to be much older to be able to go on everything. I have been to florida and think most of the rides are aimed at teengers+. It's so expensive that I jut feel it woul be a waste of money to go that far and not be able to do much!

I went to disneyland paris when i was a teenager, like 10yrs ago. Think it cost like £400 for the coach there an back, & 2 nights in the Santa Fey hotel. Thats was back then though. Bet its way more expensive these days! I really enjoyed going, but the weather was sh*t, it was like being back in england again tbh. I regret not learning to read an write french a bit better because we couldnt read the menu's at meal times. So instead of taking a chance & pointing something random out on the menu, we opted for the safe option of Walkers crisps, chocolate & coca cola lol oh an we managed to get someone who spoke english to serve us in McDonalds! haha

We plan to go when lo is 6mth its my husband's 30th. We looked into it and apparently any ride with out height restrictions lo can go on. You can do parent swap on other rides plus there are fast passes. Money depends on what you want you can budget staying in Santa Fe or go higher Parks are included when you stay in their hotels.

Hope that helps a little

I went a couple of years ago and took my niece and nephew (4 and 7). A 5 month old would be much easier to handle! Haha
I absolutely loved every second! It's amazing.
I started to cry when we walked in and saw the look on the kids faces. Micky was sat on a big thrown waving at us. It's really magical and would recommend it to anyone at any age.
You won't be able to do the rides but there is still so much to see and do (depending which hotel you choose).
We stayed at the Ranch which was a 5 minute drive from the park so u need a car. We stayed in a log cabin, there was a great pool, lots of animals, great restaurant, and more.
We paid 500 for the holiday which was 4 nights for 2 adults and the two kids. I think I spent between 300 and 400 while we were there.

I'm so jealous if u do go lol the parades are worth it alone!

It's changed the menus are also in English we never had a problem ordering we've been 3 times in the last 4 years. To help cut down price at breakfast I made cursaunt sandwiches and we brought crisps and used meal vouchers you can purchase that has a special menu but just as good at majority of the restaurants.
