How much playmat time

Hiya

I was just wondering how much playmat/floor time you give lo each day? We probably dont give her as much time as needed. She hates tummy time so I let her lay on my chest and she will push herself up and look around. Most of the time she is in her swing, bouncer or sitting on our lap. Her head control is I would say almost 100% and she is a v.Strong baby! For a while she has been able to stick out her arms and legs and roll onto aide (done a few times) but I worry if we dont give her enough playmat time she wont learn to roll completely etc.

Xx

My other son got a lot more, as he was born in May.

This baby was born in November, and this old, drafty house keeps us out of the floors. Don't think I could get up and down from the floor any right now as I'm still suffering from SPD.

I do try to do the tummy time with him on my chest as another poster described.

Lo spends all his time on his mat now he is mobile...! From 6 weeks he loved lying in hisbaby gym looking at the toys happily. He has always hated tummy time so I never pushed it and he was happy to just lay on his back til he learnt to roll...

LO loves his gym.

i think he has about 3 hours a day. Don't really time it. He lest me know when he has had enough, some days i think he would stay in there all day!! other days he is done after 15 mins.
