My hubby is tall too :-) All my heels have soft inserts: one for the ball of the foot and one behind the ankle. They prevent blisters and abrasions from rubbing on to the skin. I'm sure we've all experienced that painful open wound at the back of the heel. Ouch! Here in the US, the best inserts I've found are from Nordstrom. The Dr. Scholl's brand is pretty good too (available at your local drugstore). Give it a try! If all else fails, then screw it and bust out those comfy beloved flip flops. I've got them in every style/color  |
