oh I've been wanting a wedge for a while now, not sure why though as last time I had some, I tripped and fell, ruined my new jeans and the shoes as well maybe it's better I haven't found a pair I like.

Although I love heels, and used to wear them all the time before I got pregnant, I fear tripping in them while holding or carrying DD as I have a huge history of clumsiness

Mostly I've been wearing flats with the occasional 1 inch heel on a black pair of winter boots

I don't find short men attractive at all! I have only ever dated men over 6ft but my preference is 6'3/6'4!

My hubby is tall too :-)

All my heels have soft inserts: one for the ball of the foot and one behind the ankle. They prevent blisters and abrasions from rubbing on to the skin. I'm sure we've all experienced that painful open wound at the back of the heel. Ouch! Here in the US, the best inserts I've found are from Nordstrom. The Dr. Scholl's brand is pretty good too (available at your local drugstore). Give it a try! If all else fails, then screw it and bust out those comfy beloved flip flops. I've got them in every style/color

Lol I'm the same way with jeans!! It's so hard finding a pair of jeans that fits just right so when I find the perfect pair, I buy them EVERY color. Sometimes I'll buy 2 or 3 of the same size in case they rip or something lol.

Expensive yes but I wait until the end-of-the-year sales to score!

Plus, sometimes they give you the shoe inserts for free.
