Teething or Stomach Bug?

Hi there
Wonder if anyone can shed any light?!
My 9 month old boy started going off of his food a bit on Thursday and had an upset belly all weekend, not wanting bedtime bottle, pooing a few times a day, we put this down to teeth as he doesn't have any yet and gums look swollen but today he has pooed 5 times so far and it is like water then at lunch he projectile vomited his whole lunch up, have any of your bubs had this when teething or does it sound like a belly bug (I realise we aren't doctors but just wanted to see if anyone else has had similar

)
Also what is best to give them when they are sick? Just dry solids and some milk if they want it?

I'm no doctor either... lol... but I would think it's a tummy bug, not teething. Least that doesn't sound like any teething I'm aware of (from friends/family babies).

Can't hurt to ring your pediatrician to make sure though. Not sure what is best to give them if they are sick. Sorry I can't help more- maybe someone else has better insight.

Sorry to her your little one is feeling poorly. I'd guess from the vomit that it is a tummy bug as well. Did you talk to the doctor like the pp suggested? Please let us know how he gets on. Also I'd like to know what the recommendation is there for a tummy bug for a 9 month old as my girl is the same age, and that would be good to know. Good luck, and I hope he is feeling better really soon.
