F**k, f**k, f**k! Is THIS the 4 month sleep regression??

Right ladies,
At 8 weeks LO started sleeping 11-8am. At 3 months she started waking once or twice a night.
She's just turning 4 months and last night woke every 1.5 - 2 hrs!!
I'm trying to blame it on teeth but could this be the dreaded. .. Duh duh DUH.... 4 month sleep regression??

X

Sounds like it. My LO started with it at 3.5 months and is still waking every 1.5 hours. Yep, two months of it so far I miss sleeping

Mine has started this. Does this sound familiar?
Nightmare to get to sleep in the day, CONSTANTLY shoving his hands in his mouth, grumpy, fidgety when feeding, waking every 3 hrs at night and taking a good hour to settle.
I'm knackered (again).
On the plus side he has learnt to blow raspberries and giggle

I'm on week 7 of it now, and past week it's been anything from every 30 mins to a max of 2 hours!

I nurse her, if she is very awake and playing I go change her nappy then walk round with her till she realises its not morning then nurse her and bring her into our bed
