If you think about it, babies are used to being held 24/7 in utero so it takes a while for them to be happy and secure away from you. What I would recommend is to get a sling/wrap/carrier and wear your baby for the good part of the day. She'll sleep well next to you and you can still get things done. I pretty much wore my son constantly until he was 2 months old and began to be happy playing at his play gym by himself. It was nice when he could play independently, but I also miss those early weeks and having him so close.

My lo is stil like this n he's 16 wks, he wil sleep in his Moses basket for bout a hr but u can't put him init til he is fast asleep n he always wakes up screamin bloody murder, he wil go in his walker bout 10 mins a day, he just always wants to b with his mummy n we co-sleep also. He is combi fed also. Xx
