Fresh Fruit!

My LO will be 8 months on the 4th March and i feel like im depriving her of fresh fruit! I buy fruit pots which she loves but i am trying to give her more finger foods! We rarely buy fresh fruit as it doesnt last or doesnt get eaten quick enough!
I have ordered some small oranges, 2 apples and 3 bananas on this weeks shopping though.

How much fresh fruit does your LO eat? How often do you buy it? & What about tinned fruits??

xx

She has fruit every day. She loves strawberries and mango (sainsburys do massive ones for a quid and they last days) she's also had tinned apricots, orange , banana, apple, pear, blueberries (get them on the reduced aisle and they're nice and squidy for her then

My lo has lots of fruit. He loves it. Bananas are his fave, he has maybe 2-3 lots of fruit a day. Like half-whole small banana. A pear and a handful of grapes (halved)

I buy a bunch of grapes, pears, apples, and some oranges every friday. Sometimes I buy mango, pineapple and blueberries too i loove mango but i hate preparing it.
When spring/summer gets here ill start buying peaches, plums and strawberries and cherries.
Jacob will eat an orange/apple/pear throughout the morning and usually has some grapes & raisins in the afternoon as a snack.
I have bought tinned peaches but theyre so slippery jacob struggles to hold them.

Lo has two portions of fruit a day. He normally has a banana mashed up in his weetabix or ready brek, if he doesn't he will eat a whole banana as a snack at lunch. He has blueberries, grapes, kiwi at lunch as finger foods. Sometimes has a fruit pot after dinner aswell. I am introducing a new fruit most weeks. Want to try peach and plum next.

My LO has alot of fresh fruit, she loves apple and pear compote, she eats fresh fruit and veg everyday, I make sure I cook iit up for us to so it doesent get wasted. She will try one new thing a week if possible as well. Her favorate food is brocolli but she loves all her fruit as well. The first thing she had was apple compote.
