Sleep is getting worse (nights - about 6 mths)

I think someone has swapped our child!

She seemed to be such a fab sleeper but now she cries out or totally wakes up in the night. Im quite tired!! It's often after she's just gone to sleep, for example tonight she woke less than an hour after been initially been out down, I held her & got her back to sleep, then an hour later she woke & wanted feeding.

I *think* she's teething but this seems to have been going on months, we've tried amber, gels, numbing agts, etc. I just don't know what else to try

Do you interact with her when she wakes? Sometimes when they become more aware of their surroundings they just miss you when they wake. I would start by not making eye contact or talking to her when she wakes at night. I only broke this rule when she was cutting teeth (Lasted 2 nights for first tooth and 1 night for second tooth) I wanted to let her know I loved her so I talked to her and sung a little.
