Need advice on 3 month old sleeping!!

My LO is 3 months old and used to sleep all the way through the night until about 7am but just lately she wont go to sleep until close to 11pm and wakes up every couple of hours for her dummy back as when she is asleep she tends to spit it out. This is every night and everything i do doesn't seem to have any effect on her. She has a nap in the day in her chair goes to sleep with her dummy but it doesnt bother her in the day when she spits it out she still sleeps without it its just of a night time it bothers her. It also doesnt bother her when she is on our bed she tends to just drop off when she wants to its just when she is out into her cot.
Does anyone have any ideas of what else i can try to get her to sleep through again without her dummy bothering her??

I'm assuming a dummy is a binki?
My son did the same thing around that age (it lasted for about 2 weeks and then he got back on schedule.) I tried baby orajel on his gums and that seemed to work.

I seem to be going through this as well! She's constantly waking up at night whereas before would sleep through 3-5 hour stretches... Im not sure if it's the dreaded sleep regression starting early or early teething, but hopefully it passes for us soon!

Would you be open to co sleeping? Maybe a side car cot so she feels like she's in the bed? X they love to suck all the time and when they stir they want the feeling back. I breastfeed and spend at least 60% of the night with my nipple in my babies mouth! At least if the cot was next to you you could pop it straight back in.

I've seen people post that they adapted IKEA cots. Why not put a post on separately asking I'm sure someone will reply x maybe try posting in natural parenting.
