What shall I do?! Help!

My little fella is nearly 3 months and we are having a tough few days. He is full of cold and I think teething too There is what looks like a white bump under the surface at the front on the bottom. Seems very young though?? He has always been pretty high maintenance in the day, very much the opposite to my first son who was very chilled out.

The last few days it doesn't matter what I do though, if he isn't asleep he is screaming Sometimes he seems to snap out of it and revert back to his usual very smiley self for 10 minutes, but then the non stop screaming comes back. What can I do? He isn't happy laying down, not happy in his bouncer, not happy under his gym, in the jumperoo and not even happy sat on my lap while I pull faces. Right now he is laying on the floor screaming and has been for 10 minutes now. Not sure if there are any answers, but some reassurance that it will pass would do

Hi not got much advice as not been through this yet. But I got my first tooth at three months so it is possible. Have you tried putting any teething gel on? If this works you know it's teeth if it doesn't you could illiminate it. Sorry not much use hope it get easier soon. X

Also I know you can't use Vicks, but you can use snuffle babe from 3months. Don't know if he congested with his cold but if he is that might help x

teething gel, calpol and if he has a stuffy nose try and get something to clear it. We started teething around the 3 month area but have only just cut a tooth at about 5 and a half months.

my baby is 8 months old so quite a bit older but he's been exactly the same today, he's full of cold and his top teeth have been coming through for weeks now. To make it worse my HV said i was giving him too many bottles so i've been trying to cut out his lunchtime one which has made him even more unhappy. i've been using calpol which helps for about an hour at times

Thanks ladies.. in the end I gave him some calpol, some teething gel and shot some of that nose decongestion stuff calpol make up his nostrils! So basically I drugged him but it seemed to help, he was slightly happier for the rest of the day and has gone off to bed now. Fingers crossed he has a better night than last night - he was sleeping through but was up for 2 hours in the middle of the night and nothing worked so I ended up giving calpol and letting him shout for a bit and he went back off in the end I try not to use meds but I suppose that is what they are there for. Thanks again everyone, sometimes it helps to just vent!
