My OH helps out more now LO is bottle fed.

I EBF until he was 6 months and then started moving him to formula so OH could start to do more.

He has always been good at changing nappys and entertaining LO but I do the most of the child care and house work as I am home all day and he supports us.

When I go back to work in May I am going to expect it to be more 50/50 with everything as I will also be working and have less time at home.

I can really relate to that bitterness/resentment. Feel like I have two babies sometimes.

When my OH comes home from work it is pretty much 50/50 maybe 60/40 me being 60 but I'm fine with it he does a very physically demanding job so I dont like to put pressure on him and i love being a sahm.
When he comes home he will take lo for a bit and play with him he will run a bath whilst i do dinner I bath LO and OH gets him dressed and gives him his last bottle and puts him to sleep. We both then chill out, and one of us will wash and make baby bottles, sometimes OH will see to baby in night as im a heavy sleeper other times i will x

Ours is about 95/5 lol. He gets up on a Sunday morning with them for 3 hours, takes amelie to nursery and watches roman for 30 mins whilst I get amelie to bed. Apart from the odd time where he plays with them, I do it all. He doesn't do any of the unfun childcare, just the playing.

Ive put 50/50, because when hes not working, it is 50/50.
i dont see how hes expectd to do 50% when hes also working inpractical hours, or even practical hours at that.

The way i see it, when im home, i do 100%, when hes home too, we both do 50%, when i wanna go out and leave him at home with bubs, he does 100%...
I wouldnt exactly be happy if he called me up and told me to come home and do my half of the work...
